Regional Marketing Director :
Description:
We are looking to expand nationally and need local
independent contractors to represent our
organization. The Regional Marketing Director
(“RMD”) will be responsible for developing and
implementing a marketing plan for the region. Their
goal will be to develop a metropolitan or statewide
organization of independent representatives. The RMD
will be expected to identify, recruit, train, and
manage additional representatives in their region to
meet corporate sales goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruit and manage the training of local
independent representatives.
2. Manage the daily activities of local
representatives.
3. Assist local representatives in presenting CPA
services to potential new members.
4. Identify local organizations that may benefit by
offering CPA services to their membership.
5. Identify local corporations that may wish to
offer CPA services to their employees.
6. Report activities of local independent
representatives to CPA management.
Requirements:
1. Experience in managing a sales & marketing
organization. (REQUIRED)
2. Experience with the sale of educational,
insurance, or financial products. (REQUIRED)
3. A 4-year degree form an accredited institution
(DESIRED)
4. Experience as a teacher, instructor, or guidance
counselor (DESIRED)
5. Experience in creating a new organization or
business (DESIRED)
6. Advanced degree(s) or post-graduate work
(DESIRED)
Compensation:
Compensation is based on a commission schedule for
personal sales and overrides on subordinate
independent representatives.
Local Family Advisor:
Description:
We are looking to expand nationally and need local
independent contractors to represent our
organization. The Local Family Advisor (“LFA”) will
be responsible for developing and implementing a
marketing plan for their local area. The goal of the
LFA will be identify families that need assistance
with college planning. The LFA will be expected to
conduct marketing and presentations to families that
are potential consumers of the products that CPA
offers to meet personal and corporate goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify families that need college planning
services.
2. Present CPA products to potential new members.
3. Identify and present CPA products to local
organizations that may benefit by offering CPA
services
4. Identify and present CPA products to local
corporations that may wish to offer CPA services to
their employees.
5. Report activities to CPA management.
Requirements:
