Picture of Joseph SchrammJoseph Schramm has served on the Advisory Board of College Planning Association since 2009.

 

Joe brings to the organization a unique set of organizational educational and training skills for both employees and clients. Most of Joe’s career experiences have been centered in the Human Services field. He has served his community by providing direct services as an individual and family counselor. In this capacity, the settings He has served  have included Private practice, County and State Mental Health agencies,  both private and public hospitals, Dept of Corrections, county and local law enforcement agencies, wilderness therapy programs, Crisis centers, Salvation Army, Rescue Missions and various like minded community based outreach programs, both nonprofit and for profit agencies.

 

Joe, also, brings along with him the knowledge he has gained from working for the likes of Prudential, in their Actuary Dept, World Saving Bank and Wachovia Bank in developing outreach into the emerging market of college planning.

 

He has a long history of public service by investing in his communities by having served proudly in the United States Navy, working with local colleges, youth groups, faith based programs and crisis hotline services, along with providing pro bono counseling support to any community group or individual in need of his services.  Joe is the proud father of his son, whom is attending college at this time and is now using the College Planning Association program as a member for himself.
